BUILDING OVERVIEW
Reserve Grandstand Apartments comprises two buildings – Reserve and Grandstand. Both buildings have apartments on six levels.
There are also two basements levels for car parking, residents’ storage cages and bike storage.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
The street addresses for the Reserve are 2 Tiger Way and 6 Graylands Rd. The street addresses of the Grandstand are 8 Graylands Rd and 1 Kyle Way. The mail room for the Reserve is at the Tiger Way entrance and for the Grandstand at the 8 Graylands Rd entrance.
RESIDENT ACCESS
All residents of Reserve Grandstand Apartments (whether owners or tenants) are issued with:
- an electronic FOB that operates the entrance doors, the mail room door and lifts of their building,
- a remote control for the basement vehicle gates,
- a key for their apartment front door,
- a key for the common areas and
- a key for their letter box.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The Reserve Grandstand Apartments rooftop terrace is located on the 6th level of the Reserve. The private garden is located on Graylands Rd near the Tiger Way corner.
