RESIDENT PARKING
Resident car bay numbers are pre-fixed with G for Grandstand and R for Reserve. Take care to park in the correct bay please.
Also please park within the car bay lines to allow neighbouring cars to access their bay and avoid door panel damage.
VISITOR PARKING
Visitors to Reserve Grandstand Apartments may park in any of the designated visitor car bays located immediately to the left of the main entrance, off Graylands Rd.
DO NOT park in EV bays or any bay marked PERMIT PARKING or otherwise. HIGH BAYS are reserved for only those vehicles that are over 2.1m in height. DO NOT enter resident parking areas behind the garage roller doors – these bays are for Residents Only.
Visitor parking bays are for short term (less than 4 hours) visits to residents. For longer term or overnight visitor parking, the resident must apply for a Visitor Parking Permit for their visitor’s dashboard. This is available on the Reserve Grandstand website.

Please note: All parking areas, driveways and access areas are monitored by CCTV at all times.
Regular patrols of the visitor car park are made by the Town of Claremont Rangers.
